I had no problem logging onto my account and downloading a few books. The one problem I have been having is when trying to load one is the repeated message that "Book download could not be completed at this time." Then it stalls on the screen. I had a disappointment already in that it said it could not open dictionaries. I have several dictionaries & really need this functionality. I'm presently going online when I need one.
