Do you use proper punctuation and capital letters when adding calendar entries, tasks and contacts to your smartphone? I must admit to being more than a little anal in this area and obsessively include all punctuation etc. If only I did that on 247 eh?:)

always use lots of punct , caps, its best that way cause youre sure to get confused other wise
Yes, I’m a stickler for all that, too. It shouldn’t matter, but it does.
Usually I do, yes. It does help when my device auto corrects certain words e.g. dont to don’t.
Always. Just because it’s SMS, doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be proper English.
I do for calendar entrees, though I do sometimes use “4″ and “2″ instead of “for” and “to.” But that’s more to keep the entry short.
For SMS I try and get my 160 characters worth. I quite like the texting language… but yet it bothers me when it’s an email.
The other day I received a CV for a job application, and I was surprised by the poor quality of the writing. I though everyone knew that “I” is capitalized!
I’m with you on this, Shaun. Mind you, my kids think I’m a bit anal…
