Where does PDA-247 rank in your list of mobile websites? Be as honest as you like because all feedback is useful. I am looking to make some (more) changes and want to be sure that I am on the right track for what you want to see.

For me, it’s the main one. Honest. I also have a few others on my rss feeds and checkout Engadget most days but here is my (techno) home.
This is the only PDA/phone site I visit every day. And this had been the case for years. Seriously I like the “to the point” style of the news. I also trust your views above others. There’s a personal style to the news that I like.

There are a few sites I visit every day and have on my RSS feed. The one’s that are mobile related are:
1. PDA247 (the longest serving). Feels much more like a close knit community that most of the others – almost like a “club”
2. The iPhone Blog. Great for iPhone specific news, though can be a bit “fanboyish” to use one of Murray’s phrases – talking of which
3. Palm-Mac. Always an eye for the interesting and odd, and absolutley not afraid to say what he thinks!
4. TUAW (The unofficial Apple Weblog)
5. JKOnTheRun
I actually only go here as I have done for a few years now.
If I go to the likes of Engadget, it is only because I have followed a link there.
As Sidthebad said, this is the only PDA/phone site I visit every day. Once in a while, I might visit other sites but usually only if there’s a link from yours. This site has a great blend of professionalism and personality that gives an edge and a sense of fun to the news. The updates to the site continue to make it even better. Nice job you guys!

Visit every day & have done for years – even though for the last 18 months I’ve hardly used my PDA’s & have been using a Nokia. A good site which refreshes itself when it needs to & Shaun is always worth reading. Keep it up!
Also use PIC & 1src (though the latter seems to be dying) & recently the BBC Technology site; & (for the last 18 months) AAS for the Nokia stuff.
Shaun,
You’re still the first I visit every day. I went from many sites a few years ago to only yours for a couple years. I’ve recently begun visiting Crackberry & the Gadgeteer since buying my BB Bold.
I draw on many sites for specific information but always return to this site for a general overview, opinion and community. Visiting this site for so long now makes it seem like home!
PDA247 is number 2 behind Brighthand and before Palm Addict. Following these are a number of Palm sites. I visit them all daily.
I met Shaun last week at a meeting at BT. What a nice chap he was! I did not say that I visited the site but the coverage is always the best and I see he is the only ones who posts news every day now. Where do yo get the time Shaun?
I have a bunch on RSS, but 247 is one of the few that I check in on daily and actively try to participate in the comments.
Thanks for all the comments. Didn’t expect so much positiveness:)
Daring Fireball – smart, witty, pointed and honest. Never goes for a cheap headline. The only source of Apple insider info I trust.
PDA 247 – there’s always something here to interest/annoy me, and the community spirit beats the childish, homophobic, misogynistic free-for-all of sites like Gizmodo and Endgadet.
43 Folders. New content has dried up of late, but the archives are chock full of interesting stuff on GTD, productivity and work-life balance.
Web Worker Daily – endlessly entertaining and useful source of tips, tricks and advice for people who work on the web or who are interested in the web.
Lifehacker – too geeky and nerdy for its own good, with an unhealthy fascination for all things Google, but still useful.
Genuine Curiosity – followed a link here once, and kept going back. An interesting guy with a questioning mind, always looking for ways to do things better.
The New York Times – the epitome of a great newspaper, and one of the few which still prides itself on honesty and integrity.
The BBC – meh, but where else can you go?
1) PDA 247
2) All About Symbian
3) BBC & Times Online
4) Filehippo to check for updates
5) Where ever my searches lead me!
I like this site for its intelligence, honesty, humour and general variety. I also enjoy reading the thoughts and ideas of the people who post here, since they generally follow in the spirit of the site itself, without any rude or useless comments slagging other people off.
Keep up the good work please!!
In every sense of the word your site has been the top site for all things PALM PDA. You have grown over the years, and have stayed true to the course. I have visited everyday, several times a day from the beginning. Hell I’ve been around soo long I think I’ve seen Shaun actually mellow out!!!
If there was an award to give you guys, I would.
Thank you all for everything!
This is the only site I visit more than once a day, rather than just read the updates via RSS.
It’s the QOTD, regular updates and comments that keep me coming back, plus I like the style of Shaun’s reviews.
We rank as high as any in Rome?
1) PDA 247
My mobile technology homepage for the last six years.
I don’t nearly comment as much as I used too, but then again my overall tech reading has taken a plunge lately.
2) the iPhone blog
This site from the Smartphone Experts is an excellent source for iPhone news. A lot of (b@llshit) rumors, but also in-depth reviews and opinion. Love the humor as well, just like Shaun’s!
3) Palm-Mac
Our grumpy tech addict that buys more devices than good for him. Humor, honesty and a fresh view make his blog one of my favourites.
4) jkOnTherun
Also a great mobile tech blog with two of the longest serving geeks of the US.
Third place for pda-247 but there is a good reason : I’m a native french speaker…
So I always begin with :

2- http://www.mobifrance.com
