If it’s a defect, then obviously I go back to the shop who sold the device. If it’s a hardware failure, then I turn to the manufacturer. If it’s a software failure, then hard reset.
I use a windows mobile, so if I want to figure out stuff about the device, there’s no better place to go than xda-developers.

I’m with Jason. My problems tend to be software related, and the Net has always been the one whose provided me with either a solution, or to grin and bare it.
Agree with Jason too. For my Samsung i900 I view the modaco i900 rom forum as I am running as custom windows 6.5 build .
