ArtelPlus has released the first version of ThemeArt v.1.0 – a new mobile theme manager and editor for Windows Mobile PDA which allows you to create and edit mobile themes right on the WM PDA easily and quickly. Simple and intuitive user interface, theme preview mode with immediate reflection of changes, color selection like in a graphics editor and support of all Windows Mobile PDA resolutions and screen orientations are among key features of the new theme manager.
Theme Art (interface) duplicates all main functions of a PC theme creating and editing software, but provides a user with the advantage to use them directly on the Pocket PC (mobile device).
