Touch KO floors the app store / next iPod Touch to have a camera?

The long awaited Touch KO from Chillingo Lts has been released on the App Store and doesn’t seem to fulfill its potential. Early reviews suggest that the opponents are not challenging enough, but I guess this could be fixed with an update or two.
On a seperate note, iPhone Alley has spotted some upcoming iPod Touch cases which hint that a camera will be included. iPod Nano cases with camera holes have also been spotted.
