QOTD: Which GPS solution?

9 October 2009 by Shaun 8 Comments

qotd24Which solution do you currently use for GPS navigation? I am using Co-Pilot on an iPhone 3G, but would dearly like to see some better solutions available under BlackBerry.

TomTom One v2. Does everything I need, is easy to use and crucially can also be used by my wife when I’m not in the car.

Copilot 8 on HTC Hero plus dedicated Hero GPS mount.

Found a great tip for attaching gps mount. Rub a tiny amount of vegetable oil to the screen sucker. Push on as normal and hold to get rid of air bubbles. Dont attach anything for 20 minutes. It won’t come off now, even if screen get damp from cold inside!
