BlackBerry Developer Conference 2009: lots happening

bdcA slew of press releases have emerged from the BlackBerry Developer Conference today- you can check out the mosty important ones here.

Among the promised changes are Geolocation and push services coming to the BlackBerry platform, advertising APIs and in-app transactions and the BlackBerry Academic Program amongst many others.

And, a new eBay application is on the way later this month and BlackBerry Theme Studio 5.0 has been released. Besides support for the 9700 and Storm 2 you can now package ringtones with themes.
