When I was on Windows Mobile, if I tried to keep a connection with some kind of social networking all day long, my battery would not just make it. With the blackberry, I stay hot on yahoo, aol, twitter, facebook all day long and still get my email. The battery is still over 50 percent by the end of the day. I am connected in and love it. I am trying to build connections now more with others than at any other time. I love PDA 247 and the crowd of regulars. I just wish I could get to know some of you more. Any suggestions are welcome. I haven't tried the Blackberry messenger yet because I do not know anyone who uses it. This is what I love about the blackberry. I also read the news and use it for a few reference things when something interests me. I had a nice long play with a friends iPhone 3G S over the weekend. I was impressed! Facebook is so much easier, as were most things. He just opened up his free Facebook app, everything was there looking good and way ya go. I have to start my browser, find the Facebook bookmark, login, and there it finally is. It just did things so nicely. I have to admit the calendar wasn't my cup of tea either, to many button presses to enter something - surprising since everything else seemed so simple and straight forward. A lovely GUI.
