What is your primary source of news on your smartphone? Mine is the BBC mobile site, but The Guardian app gets daily use on my iPhone.
By the way, there will be no news tomorrow because of New Year’s Day. Have a great time tonight and tomorrow whatever you are doing!

I reside in Hong Kong, so I go to a local newspaper’s site (www.scmp.com). I also occasionally check msnbc.com to see what’s going on back home in the US.
BBC news for me too
SkyNews App. The video Headlines is great for a quick ctach up wjilst brushing teeth or similar.
I also read the Independent app most days.
I frequently check the BBC online site too especially for quick updates.

I use the HD2 built-in RSS Hub aka Newsbreak. from that I will go to the full web page , ie not mobile version.
I get a lot of my news from Twitter now, but of course you need to be following relevant people to get the kind of news you want. From the people I follow I get tech news, games news, motorsports, music news etc. For everything else, I tend to read on my laptop. I like the fact that a headline on Twitter has to be very concise.
A combination of the following: CNN app, The Guardian app, USA today app, New York Times app, CNBC, Google News, and the BBC mobile website. I also listen to Public Radio and the odd show from BBC Radio Four and Five using Pocket Tunes.
