I gave up on screen protectors a long time ago. I think on my Treo 680 I had one for a while, but it came off when dust eventually worked it's way under it.

My Centro never has one, and despite being chucked in bags, pockets with change and keys never got a scratch on the screen, and I've never even contemplated putting one on my iPhone which gets a fair amount of being chucked in various pockets, slung on my desks - sometimes face up, sometimes face down, and 15 months on it's the screen is as pristine as it was when new.

Each to their own, but I think screen protectors are highly over-rated.
