QOTD: Mobile customer service?

qotd27How do you rate the customer service of your mobile supplier, and which supplier are you using? For various reasons I cannot comment on this one.

    We were suddenly left without 3G just before Christmas, and it only got sorted out at the end of last month (we use USB modems which are useless without 3G)

    Almost every month they charge me a daily connection fee for Internet when I am paying for a data plan we then have to ring up, sort it out and we get refunded some time later. It’s a real hassle!

    I have to say that the technical help has been great, but anything to do with the bill or money they become rude and even threatening at times. We pay between €230-280 a month, for that amount I expect a hell of a lot more!

    I forgot to add that I’m not Spanish and it’s my 3rd language, so sometimes I don’t understand things when people speak very quick, especially over the phone. Technical service has been very good and they just slow down and use more commonly spoken words when I speak with them. Any other service just don’t respond to my pleas to slow down a bit, they just rattle off what seems to be pre-scripted as quickly as they possibly can. It seems more of an anti-service than a service. They are suppose to listen, help and respond to the needs of their clients. I find it beyond frustrating!
