I have a problem with ToDo Lists and despite multiple attempts I have never been able to get my head around a list of things that I need to do. Something in my head just can’t comprehend this way of working and so my ToDos tend to fill up my calendar and be pushed backed time and time again. Maybe ToDo Map for the iPhone is what I need? It is highly visual and works by highlighting the most important items in brighter colours and crucially using bigger boxes. It is immediately apparent that this will work for some people and I will be giving it a try over the next few days.
You keep writing paper notes, post-it notes, filling your agenda, browse miscellaneous files…
so many little things you can’t afford to forget.
But there’s too many, so easy to loose track in all this!!
So many tasks at the same time, so many files of different kinds, so many priorities.

I think I am like you with ToDos. Going to take a close look at this.
I keep most of my todos in my head, a few essential or urgent ones make it to my agenda and then it’s because they need an alarm.
I’ve no idea how you do that, vb. I have to write everything down.
I use the calendar for apointments and events and use an app like Appigo Todo on the iPhone for a quicklist of today’s tasks. Calendars are too inflexible, and schedules never run perfectly, so scheduling to dos just doesn’t make sense for me. I can drag and drop todos to reprioritise, or even reschedule them in batches should the need arise.
