I use the calendar for apointments and events and use an app like Appigo Todo on the iPhone for a quicklist of today&#039;s tasks. Calendars are too inflexible, and schedules never run perfectly, so scheduling to dos just doesn&#039;t make sense for me. I can drag and drop todos to reprioritise, or even reschedule them in batches should the need arise.</description>
