How optimistic are you that the HP purchase of Palm will be a success? I must say that I can see good things coming out of this relationship.

I can see good things as well.
Palm has a great OS in WebOS but it’s problem was that it had limited resources and couldn’t get the complete product ( i.e. the HW ) out into the hands of the customer fast enough. Even then poor marketing and the fact that people didn’t really take it to be a serious competitor to iPhone / Android meant it was never going to win. HP coming on board provides the financial and operational backing that Palm needs to move forward.
