Are you happier with the S?

After some deliberation I exchanged it for a Samsung Galaxy S. Very little to choose between the two.

By the way, did you get your replacement iPhone?

Apple’s approach so far has been far too reserved. Jump on it, shut people up and move on. Should have happened many days ago.

Apple could start by not thinking of it as a witch hunt and dealing with the problem. The more it opens up and offers back, the more confidence and sales it will have in the future.

It’s a tricky problem, because truth and fairplay have gone out of the window.

I saw that rumoured 11.6″ Macbook Air and almost fainted with excitement. If there’s one thing that put me off the current model, it’s that it’s the same screen size as my existing Macbook, so little benefit just being thinner. I’d jump at a smaller thinner laptop for travelling, weekends away, vacations etc.

- the new Ipod is coming with a 3mp camera (and also updated MacBook Air)
- there 2 s/w problems, one with the iPhone signal notification and one deeper in the base radio related area (too complicated for me to understand!)
- white Iphone 4 to be offered to unhappy iPhone 4 customers (exchange)!
