Every day this week a new Nokia has popped up and so far they have shown off a much smarter styling ethos than what has come before. Today we have the N9 which looks like the kind of device I expected when EPOC died and Symbian was born. Think of a Revo with 2010 features. More at engadget.

I just love this form factor and seriously wish there was an iPhone like this.
It reminds me of the Sony UX50 from the old Palm days. I love the idea of a super mini laptop. I find keyboards like those on the Bold too small for easy typing but this would be easy. I like space between keys.
Devices nowadays are super poweful and really are mini-laptops in many ways. This form factor merely expresses that. It would also be great for watching movies on flights. I could set it up on that little tray table and not need to hold the device.
Mind you the screen would still need to be touch sensitive as I don’t want the keyboard for everything.
I think it looks great.

Just hope Nokia make an E Series device like this.
What a pity it doesn’t have a Revo style keyboard.
