QOTD: Where do you eRead?

Where do you read your eBooks? I tend to mostly read in bed, but sometimes will in the Doctor’s or other places where I simply cannot sit and do nothing.

    In the bathroom or lounge.

    I have an e-ink device which I read on both in and outbound train journeys to work. But at night, in bed, I use my HTC HD2 because it has a backlight (not available on the e-ink) which doesn’t disturb my partner.

    I’m looking forward to reading on my Kindle wherever I can….once it gets here. Originally slated for 27/8 despatch but now my order is saying ‘we don’t have a date for this’ but the case I ordered at the same tiem will despatch on 26/8 – so I’ll have a case but no Kindle!

    I can just see it now: the case arrives and the wife says ‘Hey, what’s that? More stuff?!’, to which I reply, all matter-of-fact, ‘Oh, it’s a case for a Kindle’. ‘But you don’t have a Kindle – what gives???’ – to which I will only be able to smile sheepishly and head out the door (pronto).

    As for current ereading (sorry, was getting carried away) – most places really, but excluding the bath – I only read paper books in the bath.

    Alloafan – I have large collection of cases. Shall I post them to your wife. Then you can ask her what she is upto moaning about your one case. Or I can send them to you. You can then use well I didn’t buy 10 gadgets , I was good and just got one:)

    I have been using my netbook to read ebooks. I read mostly in bed, but just about anywhere will do. With my phone I used to read waiting in lines at the supermarket etc.
