The Ovi App Wizard is designed to let you create a Symbian app, and publish it, in minutes. The whole process is very simple indeed and follows similar offerings available for Android and the iPhone. I attempted it 5 times and it bombed out every time on the last page because it would not accept my description of the site (which was not offensive by the way).

I have asked Nokia for support on this and am still waiting- interesting comparison to the Apple story above…
